Pricing, Trials & Billing – How does the free trial work?
You can sign up for a 15-day FREE trial on us. If you do not cancel before the end of your 15-day FREE trial, your plan will be converted to a paid account. You may cancel anytime. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, your account will remain active until your next billing cycle. – at which time it will cancel.

What happens after the 15-day FREE trial?
– You will be onboarded to the paid plan and term (monthly or annually) that you originally chose — your card will be charged automatically for your selected package.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with no contracts or cancellation fees.

Is there a free plan?
No — however you have a full 15-day FREE trial at no cost to evaluate the product to see if it’s right for you. If you need more time, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Do I need technical skills to use WAMS ONE?
No. The platform was designed to be simple and intuitive for non-technical business owners.

Can my team use it?
Yes — up to the number of users your plan offers. You can also set clear roles. Additional users are available as add-ons.

Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We are working on easy CSV imports for contacts, leads, projects, and more. In the meantime, we can help you with this.

Is it mobile-friendly?
Yes! The app is fully responsive and works smoothly across desktops and tablets. Most features are available on tablets, and phone access is great for convenient, on-the-go use. We’re also excited to share that dedicated mobile apps are planned. An Apple iPhone iOS app is already in production to make the experience even better. Android users, don’t worry — we’re in the planning stages for an Android app as well.
