Wams One Privacy Statement
1. Overview
This Privacy Statement explains how Paragon Media One Inc. (“Paragon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with Wams One, our websites, applications, software, business management system, AI features, and related services.
This Privacy Statement applies to:
• visitors to our website;
• business customers and prospective business customers located in the United States;
• authorized users of Wams One;
• people who communicate with us;
• individuals whose personal information is processed through Wams One by or on behalf of our business customers.
Wams One is intended for business-to-business use only. We currently offer Wams One only to business customers located in the United States.
For personal information processed within Wams One on behalf of a business customer, we generally act as a service provider or processor, and our customer is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing that information. If your information was submitted by one of our customers, please contact that customer directly to exercise privacy rights related to that information.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how Wams One is used:
A. Account and Contact Information
Name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, username, password, account settings, billing contact information, and communication preferences.
B. Customer Data
Information submitted, uploaded, stored, generated, or processed through Wams One by customers or authorized users. Depending on a customer’s configuration, this may include business records, project details, customer names, customer mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, vendor information, employee or contractor information, notes, documents, communications, scheduling information, transaction records, inventory records, and other business management data. Wams One is not intended to collect or process health information, medical records, protected health information, consumer credit information, banking credentials, tax records, or other regulated financial information.
C. Payment and Billing Information
Subscription plan, billing address, transaction details, invoice history, payment status, and limited payment confirmation details. We use Stripe or another third-party payment processor to process payment card information. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other full payment card details on our own systems. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own terms and privacy practices.
D. Device, Usage, and Log Information
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, features used, dates and times of access, referring URLs, session information, crash logs, diagnostic data, and general usage analytics.
E. AI Inputs, Outputs, and Usage Information
If customers or authorized users use AI features within Wams One, we may process prompts, inputs, outputs, generated content, summaries, classifications, recommendations, usage information, and related Customer Data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Wams One and its AI features.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, we will not use Customer Data to train third-party foundation models unless the customer authorizes us to do so or we expressly state otherwise in an applicable agreement or policy.
F. Communications
Messages, support requests, feedback, survey responses, call or meeting details, and other communications with us.
G. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website and Wams One, remember preferences, analyze usage, improve performance, prevent fraud, and support marketing where permitted.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information from:
• you directly;
• your employer, organization, administrator, or another authorized user;
• your use of Wams One;
• connected third-party integrations that you or your organization authorize;
• payment processors and business partners;
• publicly available sources;
• marketing, analytics, and advertising providers, where permitted by law.

provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Wams One, including AI features;
• create and manage accounts;
• process subscriptions, billing, payments, renewals, and invoices;
• provide customer support;
• configure features and integrations;
• communicate about Wams One, including administrative, security, legal, and support messages;
• send product updates, marketing communications, and event information where permitted;
• personalize and improve user experience;
• generate, summarize, classify, analyze, or recommend information through AI features when requested or configured by customers or authorized users;
• monitor performance, debug issues, and develop new features;
• protect the security and integrity of Wams One;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
• generate aggregated or de-identified analytics and business insights.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
A. Service Providers
Vendors and service providers that help us operate Wams One, including hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, support platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, email providers, security vendors, AI service providers, and professional advisors.
B. Customers and Account Administrators
If you use Wams One through an organization, that organization and its administrators may access and control your account, activity, permissions, and Customer Data associated with the organization’s account.
C. Third-Party Integrations
When customers or authorized users connect Wams One to third-party applications, we may disclose information to those third parties as directed by the customer or authorized users.
D. Legal and Compliance Recipients
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, government requests, or regulatory requirements, or to protect rights, safety, security, and property.
E. Business Transfers
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
F. With Consent or Direction
We may disclose information with your consent or at your direction.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure Wams One, remember preferences, analyze performance, and improve functionality. Some cookies are necessary for Wams One to function. Others help us understand usage or support marketing.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Wams One functionality. We may use third-party advertising or analytics technologies that collect information about your activity across websites over time. Where required, we will provide choices to opt out of targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Wams One, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.
Customer Data is retained according to the applicable subscription terms, customer configuration, and our backup and deletion practices. Customers may contact us at any time to request removal of their information. Upon verified request or after account termination, we will delete or de-identify Customer Data within a commercially reasonable period, except to the extent we are legally required or permitted to retain information for internal records, fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, compliance, backup, or legal purposes.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include strong SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, secure infrastructure, vulnerability management, and employee or contractor confidentiality obligations.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Use and Data Processing
We are based in the United States and currently offer Wams One only to business customers located in the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate. Wams One is not intended for use outside the United States.
10. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have rights to:

• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information;
• receive a copy of personal information;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• opt out of certain disclosures, sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable;

11. California Privacy Notice
This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Paragon.

In the past twelve (12) months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
• identifiers, such as name, email address, IP address, account ID, and online identifiers;
• commercial information, such as subscription, billing, and transaction information;
• internet or electronic network activity information, such as usage data, logs, and device information;
• professional or employment-related information, such as company name and job title;
• audio, electronic, or similar information, such as support communications, if applicable;
• inferences derived from usage information, such as product preferences or account trends;
• sensitive personal information, only if submitted by a customer or necessary for limited operational purposes.
Purposes for Collection and Use
We collect and use these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in “How We Use Personal Information.”
Disclosures
We may disclose personal information to the categories of recipients described in “How We Disclose Personal Information.”
Sharing May Occur: We may disclose certain online identifiers and internet activity information to advertising or analytics partners in ways that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. California residents may opt out by using a browser-based opt-out preference signal where required.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law, unless we provide the required notice and choice.
California Rights
California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

Wams One is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Customers may not use Wams One to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at hello@wamsone.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.
13. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at hello@wamsone.com. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send transactional, administrative, legal, security, or service-related messages.
14. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform standard for these signals, we may not respond to them. Where required by law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable browsers, devices, or consumers.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by email, through Wams One, or by posting a notice on our website.
